Really it sounds for your purposes you need 100% genuine Microsoft Access and the only way to do this is to use either Boot Camp which lets you boot your Mac in to real Windows. There are various Access 'readers' for the Mac which do not sound sufficient for your needs, there is also a tool for converting Access files to other formats e.g. Genuine Microsoft Access only exists for Windows.
